Connecting a Polar Smartwatch

Android users –
Synchronizing Polar Flow to Google Fit:

Open the Polar Flow app
Go to General Settings
Turn on the Google Fit button
A separate window will open for you to select a Gmail account for authorization. Be sure to select the email account with which you are connected to Google Fit and the app store on your device, usually the first email on the list.

iOS (Apple) users –
Synchronizing Polar Flow to Apple Health:

Open the Polar Flow app
Go to General Settings
Turn on the Apple Health button
Select Sync now
